About the Role We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Officer to support project delivery within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This 12-month assignment is ideal for an individual with a technical background who excels at keeping projects moving smoothly through strong coordination, rigorous governance support, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day project coordination, managing multiple tasks, tight deadlines, and changing priorities. Maintain crucial project governance artifacts, including risk registers, issue logs, and action items. Coordinate and prepare comprehensive project reporting packs and documentation for leadership. Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication flow. Skills & Experience Demonstrated project management or coordination experience within a complex corporate or government environment. Superb organizational and time-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines. Hands-on experience supporting project governance processes (e.g., managing risk registers, building reporting packs). Well-developed verbal and written communication skills for creating clear, concise documentation. A Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required. Knowledge of the energy industry and/or electricity transmission is a definite plus.
